ASL MEET Terms of Use

These app-specific terms supplement and incorporate the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. The Master Terms govern unless these terms expressly address an ASL MEET-specific subject differently.

Service scope

ASL MEET provides private small-group video meetings for up to four people total, including the host. Guests may join with a valid meeting code or link. Hosts are responsible for protecting invite links, managing room access, and ending or locking meetings when appropriate.

Authorized and respectful use

Use ASL MEET only for lawful, authorized purposes. You may not use it for harassment, stalking, impersonation, fraud, unlawful discrimination, prohibited content, privacy violations, unauthorized access, interference with the service, or attempts to bypass security controls. Do not share content unless you have the right and permission to do so.

Recording, screenshots, and consent

ASL MEET does not make server-side recordings. A participant may use the client-side recording or screenshot tools, which save files to that participant’s device. The person creating or sharing a recording or screenshot is responsible for notifying participants and obtaining every consent required by applicable law, organizational policy, or agreement.

Accounts and meeting links

Hosts must keep their Auto Secure Login credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Anyone with an active invite link may attempt to join until the meeting is locked, ended, full, or expired. Do not post private meeting links publicly.

Availability and limitations

ASL MEET is provided “as is” and “as available” under the Master Terms. Network conditions, browsers, devices, participant bandwidth, and third-party infrastructure can affect quality or availability. The service is not an emergency communications system and does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, compatibility, or preservation of locally created recordings.

Privacy and retention

The ASL MEET Privacy Notice explains the information processed by this service. Meeting metadata is normally removed after 30 days, while call content and live chat are not stored by the ASL MEET application server.
